At Kyden, we offer a hassle-free replacement if your product arrives damaged, defective, wrong, or with missing parts. To request a replacement, simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Email (info@kyden.in) or WhatsApp (+91 9731567407) with your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/video of the product showing the damage or defect. Please do not discard the product or packaging until the process is complete. Replacements are not applicable for change of mind, customer-caused damage, or requests raised after 48 hours.

Once we receive your request, our team will review the proof within 12–24 hours and get back to you on Email or WhatsApp to confirm the replacement. Upon approval, a replacement order will be placed immediately from our end no delays — and the new product will be delivered within 3–4 business days. You do NOT need to return the defective product first. The entire process is 100% free with zero cost to you. 🚀

1. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at info@kyden.in or messaging us on WhatsApp at .
• Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• For prepaid orders, the full refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
• For COD orders, the order will simply be cancelled with no charges.

1.2 Cancellation by Kyden

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
  • Product unavailability or stock issues
  • Pricing or technical errors on the website
  • Suspected fraudulent or duplicate orders
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information
